My passion for the industry ignited at the age of 10, learning alongside my mother in the kitchen, where I discovered the artistry of hearty-cooked meals. This early exposure, combined with my professional experience at top establishments like Delaire Graff and Jordan Restaurant during my formal training, has sparked a unique and powerful blend of skills. After my studies in Hospitality Management and Cheffing, I further refined my craft before joining the Eureka team.

This entails managing payments and tracking outstanding balances, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
