Creating luxury event settings that transcend aesthetics, whether for weddings or corporate gatherings, our all-inclusive service embraces the art of hospitality. Beyond coordinating ideas or enhancing appearances, we deliver unforgettable experiences.
Embracing the philosophy of ‘in arte libertas’—freedom in art— we empower creative freedom to craft moments that resonate uniquely with each client.

Our mother and daughter duo are the heart of Eureka. We constantly re-invent the language of culinary art and take pride when guests can taste the love in our food. We believe the food on your plate has a story to tell, it has a journey and leaves a footprint.
Mieke & Gideon now has three beautiful daughters who relish their time in the kitchen, eagerly “assisting” the Eureka Team.
At the Heart of It All: Family, Food, and the Finest Details
It all started in the kitchen-with my mom. She taught me more than just how to cook. She taught me how to care, to create, to bring people together around a table filled with love and intention. She believed food could speak where words fall short, and that belief has shaped everything I do. She built the foundation this business stands on, and everything I do is a continuation of the legacy she began at the age of 19.
This business is family – quite literally. As the owner of our family-run company, I carry forward the heart, heritage, and hands-on wisdom passed down to me. From those early days beside her at the stove to my professional journey through world-class kitchens like Delaire Graff and Jordan Restaurant, I’ve built a career rooted in both tradition and innovation.
But my role goes far beyond the food. I’m your chef, yes-but also your coordinator, creative lead, concept designer, and calm in the chaos. I plan every detail, translate your vision into reality, and ensure your event feels as personal and memorable as the meal that’s served.
At the center of it all is a deep love for what we do and the people we do it for. And none of it would be possible without the incredible team around me. They’re my second family, and together, we bring every celebration to life with heart, hustle, and soul.
Owner. Chef. Coordinator. Daughter.
Carrying forward a legacy – one gathering at a time.
With a background in psychology and a passion for beautiful spaces and hospitality, becoming Venue Manager at Eureka is a dream come true. I blend creativity and structure, overseeing everything from event setup to team coordination. It’s rewarding to see our space come alive and know every detail adds to an unforgettable celebration. Being part of a team that values excellence and care makes my work meaningful. Outside the venue, I enjoy art, theatre, nature walks with my husband, and planning our next family Christmas.
I value cultivating meaningful connections, and at Eureka, we are honored to contribute to our clients’ most cherished moments. Working alongside a team of creative minds, I am involved in detailed planning and my responsibilities include managing client communications, overseeing flawless event logistics, and lending my touch to floral arrangements and venue setup. It’s a harmonious balance of precision and creativity that keeps me inspired every day. Beyond work, I find joy in singing and delving into books, nurturing my passions alongside my responsibilities.
My journey into the events industry started with planning my own wedding back in 2013. Being part of this close-knit family business is immensely fulfilling, especially in such a picturesque setting, surrounded by an exceptional team. In my role, I ensure the seamless operation of our office and finances. This entails managing payments and tracking outstanding balances, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Apart from work, my passions include coffee—our office’s daily ritual—and nurturing creativity, alongside cherishing time with my family.
